Is there ample parking facilities? and is there any hidden charges?
Yes, a large parking area will be available. Parking is Free
Can I bring my drone?
There will be no drone flying. Sleap FRZ is active 24/7 and personal drones will not be able to operate due to the GPS programming with the proximity to an airfield. Any drones flying will involve the local police drone unit.
Can we bring a picnic?
Yes, not a problem. However no alcohol can be brought or consumed on any area of the event arena areas. Security will be there for your safety and performing bag searches. Any 3rd party alchohol if found will be confiscated and NOT returned.
Is smoking allowed around the event showground?
We request you respect the venue and there will be clearly displayed smoking zones for you to use. Please be respectful
Can dogs attend this event?
Yes. Well-behaved dogs are welcome and we appreciate some animals may need to be muzzled. Your dogs must be kept on a lead no longer than 2 metres. We respect that you tidy up after your animal.
I'd like to bring someone with poor mobility / disability issues, can you cater for them?
Absolutely. You MUST advise at the point of booking that you require 'Special Assistance' Parking where you will directed into a closer position. We're sorry but if this is not done at the point of booking you will be requested to park in standard customer parking, which may be some distance from the actual event.
Our children get bored so quickly, is there much for them to do?
We doubt they’ll get bored here, as we have so many great military items to see and don’t forget this is a ‘live’ airfield so expect planes flying in. We will also have a separate kids entertainment area to keep children of all ages entertained, with army games, and interactive displays to enjoy.
Do members of the public wear period clothes to attend?
For sure! Feel free to get into the spirit and wear something 1940’s, there will be lots of people promenading in many styles of 40's dress, both military and civilian.

Yes. Great news is, you can arrive from Friday mid-day and leave Monday by 10am if you wish. Price quoted are per pitch.
