Sleap Airfield, pronounced ‘Slape’ is a former World War II Royal Air Force station built in 1942-1943 as a bomber crew training satellite for RAF Tilstock. It famously trained crews on Whitley bombers and, later, glider towing.
A fun packed weekend full of 1940s Living History and nostalgia to enjoy for all the family.
