Do you do indoor Wedding festivals?
Whatever we offer as outdoor packages, in most cases we can deliver indoor.
Do you provide bars with any packages?
We have our own Sale of Alcohol Licence and operate a range of mobile bars, with trendy Gin or Champagne trailers too. These can he added to any wedding festival package FREE.
Can we pay the deposit by cash and the balance by card maybe?
Sadly, it all has to be paid for and we really don't mind how. Just let us know your wishes.
To help us budget and manage the finances as we go, we'd love to pay instalments if possible?
We can provide you with a reference code to make payments against whenever you wish. You'll receive a monthly statement by email to help keep you on track.
We have everything we need and don't want guests to bring presents. But can our family and friends make donations to our wedding festival instead?
What a great idea. Again, we can provide a unique reference code with online payment facilities for your family and friends.
Would you allow us to decorate the complete stage in our own design and colours?
If you want a pink stage roof and sides, we can provide you with prices to seriously tailor your event. Within reason, and costs pending, we can accommodate pretty much anything...
What would we do if the weather forecast was terrible for our outdoor wedding festival, as we're looking at October?
We all know how unpredictable our lovely British weather can be anytime of the year. We have a range of variable sized marquees we can provision at additional costs just in case to cover your guests.
Can you organise a Registrar to attend?
We have a few Registrars that work with us and would love to help you with your wedding festival. You can deal directly with them and simply keep us in the loop.
How far do you travel to deliver your wedding festivals?
In 2024, we travelled to the Isle of Mull to deliver a wedding festival to 200 guests for a weekend. As you'll appreciate costs will rise accordingly once we know exactly what you want, so please ask.
Can our pets come to the wedding festival?
Why not! Lots of music festivals allow dogs into the venue, providing they're retained on a lead and the owners clean up after them. If you have a pet Gorilla, please let us know before paying your deposit...
Do you have access to outdoor wedding festival locations?
We have three stunning locations Woodland Retreat, The Manor House and a 18th Century Church. .
Could we do some of the Wedding festival organisation, like flowers, cakes, invitations etc?
You’re our customer, so simply tell us what you'd like us to help with, and we'll devise an Event Management Plan we all sign off and get stuck into.
Can you literally handle everything from start to finish, as we know this can get really stressful?
It's well documented apart from buying or moving house, weddings are the most stressful. So... Let's get our heads together and devise and design every aspect with Ewe! Your job will be as simple as turn up (Both of you)
Our chosen wedding festival venue has asked for insurance and business certification, including Alcohol and Music licences, help?
Good news! We have Public Liability for £10,000,000 , so just pop us the designated contact and we'll look after the rest. We can take care of the Licence for The Sale of Alcohol, and supply of music.
We like bits of the Silver and the Gold packages; can we mix these together at all?
You’re a 'Pick n Mix' couple then... Whilst we have three standard wedding festival offerings, we love mixing things up with our customers. Once you've provided us with your 'Wish List' we can formulate an offering.
We'd really like to have fireworks display but it looks like you don't offer this?
Our comprehensive event insurance doesn't make current provision for any Pyrotechnics or Fireworks but it can be added for a nominal fee
